At PACK Fitness for Kids, children ages 6 weeks to 13 years move, grow, and play with purpose. Our youngest members enjoy songs, dances, and movement activities that support early milestones, cognitive development, and kindergarten readiness. As kids grow, relays, tumbling, and non-competitive gymnastics skills build strength, coordination, confidence, and sports readiness—skills they can carry beyond the gym.
The fun keeps going with camps full of activities and birthday parties that make each child feel celebrated. Behind every class and celebration are coaches who get to know the kids, a curriculum designed to help them grow, and a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable trying something new. Together, that’s how we make fitness fun for kids!
