The scrumptious buffet includes carving stations of Sage Roasted Turkey and Honey-Glazed Ham, seared scallops, citrus poached shrimp, braised short ribs, roast beef and maple- glazed chicken. A buffet of chilled seafoods and artisan salads compliments a stunning display of holiday desserts, including Bourbon-Pecan Pie, Cinnamon Crème Brûlée and a S’more Chocolate Bar.
