Science on Tap – JAX is a science speaker series creating deeper conversations and understanding of scientific topics relevant to the Jacksonville community.

In this month’s Science on Tap, “Geometry of Gerrymandering: Why Redistricting is so Difficult and How Mathematics Can Help,” Erika Ward of Jacksonville University will discuss the Geometry of Gerrymandering.

The event begins at 6 p.m. with a pre-talk mix and mingle. The presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. A question and answer session with the audience will be held immediately following the talk.

The event is at Intuition Ale Works and is free and open to the public.
