Join us for an empowering Zoom session designed specifically for women who sail—or want to! Hosted by St. Augustine Sailing's WOW! (Women on the Water) program, this session offers sailing instruction for women, by women, creating a comfortable and encouraging space to learn and grow.
Captain Lauren, an experienced and passionate sailor, will lead an in-depth discussion on Safety and Emergency Preparedness aboard vessels. She’ll cover essential topics such as how to respond to onboard emergencies, use of safety equipment, communication protocols, and best practices for staying calm and confident under pressure.
Whether you're just getting started or looking to expand your knowledge, this is a fantastic opportunity to ask questions, connect with other women sailors, and gain valuable insights from a seasoned captain. Let’s build skills, boost confidence, and support each other on our sailing journeys—together!
