Must bring a mat. Wear comfy clothing and bring water. This event tends to run warm in temperature. This session is not recommended for anyone with allergies to cats or cat dander. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. The class will start at 5:45 p.m. sharp. Registration must be completed for each individual participant, whether an adult or a child.
