Experience the enchanting full-length narrative ballet presented by Jax City Ballet! Coppélia narrates the tale of a life-sized dancing doll that captivates a villager named Franz, drawing him away from his true love, Swanhilda. Unbeknownst to Franz, the beautiful Coppélia is not a real girl but a creation of the eccentric inventor, Dr. Coppélius.

As Franz becomes infatuated with the mysterious figure, Swanhilda takes matters into her own hands. Clever and determined, she sneaks into Dr. Coppélius’ workshop, disguises herself as the doll, and pretends to come to life. What follows is a playful and suspenseful unraveling of mistaken identity and mischief.
