On this day, applications for the 2025–2026 school year will officially open.

Enrollment Requirements

Before enrollment is complete, families will need to provide the following documentation:

PK3 – Kindergarten Applicants

• Birth Certificate
• Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
• Current Immunization Form 680
• Student Health Form 3040 (two-sided; both sides must be complete)
• VPK Attendance Policy (PK4 applicants only)
• VPK Certificate (distributed by Early Learning Coalition – PK4 applicants only)

Grades 1–7 Applicants

• Birth Certificate
• Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
• Current Immunization Form 680
• Student Health Form 3040 (two-sided; both sides must be complete)
• Academic History (current year + past two years)
• Standardized Test Scores (for incoming Grades 3–8)
• Teacher Recommendation Contact Information
• Documentation of Testing for Gifted/Special Needs (if applicable)
