Pan Seared Crispy Salmon with Honey Orange Garlic Glaze
Guest Made Yellow Rice with Cilantro, Onions, and Bell Peppers
Oven Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Garlic
Key Lime Pie with House Made Chantilly Cream
Age Policies:
Children under 9 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children 9-11 may register in groups of two or more.
Children 12+ may register alone and may be seated with another single ticket holder.
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.
