Activities: - Explore Science: Earth & Space 2019 Toolkits Hands-on Earth and space related experiences with connections to science, technology and our community. - Museum Wide Scavenger Hunt Special Programming: - Extreme! Science Shows: Wild Weather 11:30 a.m. | 1:30 p.m. | 3:30 p.m. Discover the causes of how thunder and hurricanes are formed. Learn how meteorologists study and attempt to predict the powerful forces of our weather. - Bryan-Gooding Planetarium Show: It Ain’t Easy Being Green, 2 p.m. It is spring here in the Northern Hemisphere. Explore what it takes to be a life-giving world and why It Ain’t Easy Bein’ Green. - Ongoing Documentary Screenings of How to Save the World by The STEM, Wells Fargo Conference Room, 1st Floor The STEM is a Jacksonville-based science documentary series. Episodes are produced by college students that seek to explore the wonderful world of space and science. All Earth Day activities and programming are included with admission!
