Critical Fit LIVE will take participants through a campaign designed to test their fitness and provide a fun, competitive atmosphere as they perform workouts live with experts overseeing their form and technique. Participants will be introduced to the fantasy world of Legarren through a combination of audiovisual aids and live narration by the Game Master, Daniel Diaz Brauch. As you complete your challenges, small advantages in the story are granted to the winners to move the plot along.
Each participant who signs up for all six sessions will receive a copy of the Critical Fit book along with another gift at the end of the program.
No equipment is necessary, though we do recommend wearing comfortable/workout clothes and shoes. A yoga mat is recommended for warm-up/cool-down but is not required.
$55 for Members/ $60 for Non-Members*
