Our program comes from many years of study and training — along with a dose or two of common sense — to create the ultimate in child safety & self-defense. This is practical, reality-based training that anyone can do and benefit from, regardless of experience level!

C.O.B.R.A. Self-Defense Child Abduction Prevention Course (Ages 6- 12)

In just a few hours, your child will learn:
Who can be a threat
How to respond to a threat
What not to do and why
Physical techniques against an adult attacker
How to verbalize in a threatening situation
Abduction prevention techniques
Vehicle abduction prevention
Role-playing
911 scenario drills
An exciting and empowering way for children to learn life-saving skills!
