Travel Watercolor Workshop with Altoid Tins
I am so excited for this Travel Workshop! Here you will receive one my travel kits that I use at times when I go around and paint in Jacksonville.
The Travel Watercolor Altoids Tin set includes 5 different colors of watercolor paint, a Velcro wristband that attaches to the watercolor tin set for each transport and travel, along with a water-brush, and of course small sheets watercolor paper.
We will go to Memorial Park on the Riverside to paint and enjoy the day. We will learn about color mixing with these 5 colors and use that to create a painting of your choice. I hope this workshop encourages you to paint the world around you, at any time. Whether waiting for the bus, or waiting for your coffee, just capture that moment.
All supplies included.

Artist Statement:
Teresa Cook is born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She is an Abstract Architectural Watercolor artist and has been painting watercolor since 2012. She obtained a Bachelors in Fine Arts from UNF in 2012. Over the last 8 years, she has been traveling to different countries as well as around her native city of Jacksonville. She has always found pleasure in the landscapes and buildings that have been created over time. Each of her watercolor and ink paintings are created on a smooth paper called, “Yupo”, are meant to capture a moment in time without the interruption of people. Show life without the “rough” impacts of people. So you will not see human interaction within her art. She just traveled to Amsterdam for the 2019 Urban Sketchers Symposium, capturing the Old and New Amsterdam. She wants to share the world through her eyes. Watercolor Workshops is now in session.
