Summer Cooking for Older Kids: Gnocchi Challenge (ages 10+) - JAX Cooking Studio

In this class, the chef will teach you to make traditional potato gnocchi and a couple different sauces. Then we challenge you to come up with your own award-winning gnocchi dish. You may use our extra ingredients to either flavor your gnocchi or make a special secret sauce to wow the judges. The winning team will receive a few of our favorite kitchen utensils to add to your culinary tool collection. Come hungry because you will be enjoying your creations!
Ages: This series is appropriate for children 12 or older coming alone, or adults coming with a child 10 or older.

Hand Rolled Gnocchi
Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
Tomato Basil Rose Sauce (House-made)
Citrus Greens with Candied Nuts and Goat Cheese
Pricing:
$60 for one person ticket (assigned to cook at a station with another person)
$115 for two person ticket (cooking together at one station)
$165 for three person ticket (cooking together at one station)
