Drop off your kiddo for some yoga and arts and crafts fun! Kids yoga is a great way for children to de-stress, learn relaxation techniques, and begin managing their own health and wellness. In this class, children will move and breathe with stories and games, and be encouraged to explore their creativity by painting rocks.
