9-10-9:30. Stretching and warm up
9:30-11:30. Rowing Session I
12-12:30. Rest/ Flex time.
12:30-1:30. Cross training and other land activities.
1:30-3. Rowing Session II
3-3:20. Cool down and stretching
3:30. Camp ends. Parent Pick up
Things to bring: reusable water bottle, hat, running shoes, sunscreen, bagged lunch, sliders
