Bio: Christy Maurer has been teaching children for over 20 years. She has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida. She believes in the Reggio Emilia approach to learning through discovery. She is a daughter, wife, mother of two, and lover of the arts. She believes in the healing power of nature and mindfulness. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, cooking, and walking her dog, Ziggy.
Social distancing and disinfection practices will be implemented in the store and in the classroom to ensure participants’ health and safety. As such, classes are limited to 6-8 participants, depending on the project. We ask that all students wear masks. Thank you.
